CSOLead is a project focusing on empowering the management team of the CSOs with the right skills and know-how in running the third sector organizations. This project aims to provide the leaders with the overarching strategy to help them better lead their respective organization. This project will cover the Leadership Competencies development, Governance and Management improvement plan, Human Capital development plan, and coaching.
