Toward World-class Accountability

Financial Management (FinPro) is an organizational capacity building project developed to help NAMA selected CSOs manage their finances according to standard best practices. The approach of FinPro is to develop volunteers from NAMA partners/NICE who come from financial backgrounds into experts in CSO financial management through specialized capacity-building programs. This capacity building will be developed and delivered by qualified and experienced service providers. Once the volunteers have completed their financial management capacity-building journey, they will become associates of NICE. NICE will assign them tasks to consult and coordinate financial management best practices within NAMA’s selected CSOs, helping to establish strong financial systems and standards in these organizations.
